We are excited to announce a great new tool to aid you on your Leadership Quest.
The TalentTracks Leadership Development Training Library from HealthStream features short training videos to guide us through the most important (and difficult) aspects of leadership including coaching our team, leading effective conversations, and managing up.
The TalentTracks library allows you to search by topic depending on where you most need help and offers customized tracks to help guide your development.
They also offer an assessment for leaders of each stage that will tailor a training plan to the exact challenges you face.

Accessing the TalentTracks Training Library
The TalentTracks Training Library is part of your existing HealthStream Account (note, these courses are currently only available to Trinity Health leaders).
1. LOGIN: To login to the TalentTracks Library simply click here and use your existing HealthStream credentials.
2. ASSESSMENT: HealthStream offers an assessment to help you see the courses that are best suited for you. Click here to take the assessment and get custom recommendations.
3. LEADERSHIP TRACK: Get right to the heart of leadership with the Leadership Development Track – a list of courses handpicked for growing and developing leaders.
4. COMMUNICATION: Learn the basics of rounding, managing up, and navigating difficult conversations with this list of courses on communication.
SAVE THE DATE: June Leadership Roundtable on Coaching Your Team with Jared Narlock
Monday, June 20th, Leadership Expert and Professional Development Coach Jared Narlock, MPA, SHRM-SCP, will guide Trinity Health leaders through Coaching Your Team at our June Leadership Roundtable.
With over 17 years of experience in corporate and military leadership, Jared has focused primarily on organizational leadership and talent development. Jared is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, is certified in DISC, Reality Based Leadership, and Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead program. In 2017, Jared founded Peaceful Powered Leadership where he offers 1:1 and group coaching to executives.
Leadership Roundtables are monthly insights from leading industry experts on subjects that help enhance our Leadership Quest. This 1 hour virtual training will be streamed live in the Skyline Room with an opportunity to engage with Jared and ask questions about applying his lessons to your own leadership. Replays will be available after the event.
