Welcome to the Leadership Quest – a full scale leadership transformation of the Trinity Health team designed to instill personal resilience, increase employee engagement, improve the patient experience, and inspire operational innovation.

What to expect from the Leadership Quest

The Leadership Quest is a multi-year investment in developing our leaders through training from leading industry experts, tools for integration, and hands-on, collaborative workshops. We’ll meet live three times a year as a united Trinity Health Leadership Team and deepen our understanding throughout the year with monthly roundtables, weekly emails, and daily “10% Secret” planning.

Yearly Triannual Workshops

Triannual workshops are an opportunity to bring all Trinity Health leadership to the table to be re-energized, realigned, and resourced for the challenges facing our team each day. We’ll learn the best tools and resources to support our Leadership Quest and go deep with real-time exercises to create solutions infused with the knowledge and expertise of the Trinity Health Team.

Monthly Leadership Roundtables

Leadership Roundtables are monthly insights from leading industry experts on subjects that will help enhance our Leadership Quest. These 1 hour virtual trainings will be streamed live in the Skyline Room with an opportunity to engage with the experts and ask questions about applying their lessons to your own leadership. Replays will be available after the event.

Weekly Email Communication

These weekly emails from the Leadership Quest team are intended to help deepen our understanding and engagement of the content and will provide tools, event reminders, and resources to support you in your work as a leader. The emails are sent every Thursday at 12pm CDT from Jennifer Horton with [TLQ] in the subject line.

Daily 10% Secret Planning

The Leadership Planner will be your absolute go-to keeping all of your tasks, plans, and strategy at the ready. Stay in alignment with the four focuses, celebrate your accomplishments as a leader, and take back your time with the 10% Secret.

Leadership Quest Schedule

We’ll kick off in April 2022 with Triannual I and host Triannual workshops three times per year. In months with no Triannual scheduled, we’ll bring leading industry experts to our Leadership Roundtable series. Throughout 2022 we’ll have celebratory touchpoints with the 100 year Centennial, kicking off FY 23, and preparing to move into the HCMD.
